Photographs from work as a temporary postmaster at the Historic Silver Plume Post Office October 5, 2011 - March 23, 2013

While working as the temporary postmaster at the Historic Silver Plume Post Office I photographed the boxholders and made postcards for them to send to Congress to Save the Silver Plume Post Office, as it was on the list of Post Offices that were to be closed within the year. I also photographed hummingbirds outside the Post Office and gave the photographs of hummingbirds to anyone who came into the Post Office, to send as postcards. I photographed as I walked the one block to work each morning and as I walked home from work in the evening. I photographed the historic church across the street. I photographed the details of my job. This is a collection of those photographs.
